The Subscription Selection window opens when you select a report and click Run. From this window you can select a specific issue, created in the Set up subscriptions window (from Subscriptions, select Set up tables > Subscriptions), or select Subscription/Dues items that will be associated with the publication specified. For example, you could specify a magazine, JOUR, that no one subscribes to directly and then enter the name of the Dues/Subscription product that will be associated with users who will receive the JOUR publication, for example, BASIC. You can enter multiple subscriptions by separating them with commas (no spaces).

From Subscriptions, select Generate reports, select the Issue Labels report type, select the label report, and click Run

(optional) Specifies the subscription code to be associated with the publication.
Run Date
Defaults to system date.
Selection
All – Enable to select all records with the current Publication dues item
Current – Opens an Effective Date field
Expired – Opens an Effective Date field
About to Expire – Opens an Effective Date field
Adhoc Search – Opens the Select Search Instructions window
Selection List – Opens the Subscriber Selection window
Address
Preferred Mail – Enable to create labels with the preferred mailing address
Preferred Bill – Enable to create labels with the preferred billing address
Address – Enable to create labels with the first address in the Name_Address table
Street Address – Enable to create labels with the second address in the Name_Address table
Home Address – Enable to create labels with the third address in the Name_Address table
Max Records
Select this option to open a field that allows you to enter the maximum number of records to be created for this label run
Print Options
Labels –Must be enabled to print labels
Barcode – Enable to print a bar code on the label. (Name.BAR_CODE must be populated)
Summary Labels – Enable to display an End Label Run summary with the name of the label processed, date, time, user name, and total labels printed for total records selected.
Lineup Labels – Enable to display Begin Label Run line up labels used to align the label with the printer.
Postal Summaries – Enable to display postal reports. The reports displayed are dependent on the options chosen in the Subscription Information window.
Pause - Enable to display the message “Label printing complete. Press OK to continue.” This option is used in conjunction with Postal Summaries and will pause the printing of the Postal Summaries until you press OK.
Margins button
Opens the Margins/Page Layout window that allows you to specify the layout settings for your labels.
Addn’l Fields button
Opens the Additional Fields window where you can select additional fields to print on the labels. The additional fields will print for this label run only.
The Subscriber Selection window displays when you select the Selection List option on the Subscription Selection window. This window allows you to specify the subscribers to be included in the output results.

Name – Select this value to sort subscribers by last name
ID – Select this value to sort subscribers by ID
Sub – Select this value to sort subscribers by subscription when more than one subscription item is entered in Subscription/Dues Items field on the Subscription Selection window

To run a subscription label report
1. From Subscriptions, select Generate repots,
2. Select a report type, choose a label report, and click Run to display the Subscription Selection window.
3. If running labels for:
□ A current publication and issue, select the Publication and Issue from the appropriate drop-down list.
□ A group of members based on a particular Subscription/Dues item, enter the product code(s) in Subscription/Dues Items.
4. Select the Selection List option as needed.
□ When processing Back Issue Labels, the Selection List option is automatically enabled and the only one available.
□ When processing Issue Labels, all options are available.
5. Enable the appropriate Address option.
6. (optional) Select the Max Records option and enter the maximum number of labels to print.
7. Select the appropriate Print Options.
8. If you selected the Selection List option, click OK to open the Subscriber Selection window. Otherwise, continue to the next step.
□ Select the subscriber(s) for whom you want to print labels by selecting the appropriate button to move the subscriber(s) from the Subscribers list to the Selected list.
9. Click OK to run the label report.
